About the role

Synchron, Inc. is seeking an ASIC Technical Lead in San Diego to own the chip's technical delivery from concept to silicon. You will ensure the partner's work meets the spec, sign off at gate reviews, and drive risk reduction across the full channel count. The role requires deep analog/mixed-signal expertise, experience with tapeouts, and a track record of delivering silicon with external partners. Competitive salary and RSU options are available.
