About the role
Oura is seeking a Director, Sustainability to lead our enterprise sustainability strategy and build the systems to support it. This hybrid role is based in our San Francisco, CA office, with onsite days 2-3 per week.
You will partner across functions to set strategy, measure progress, and drive actionable improvements in materials, manufacturing, logistics, and end-of-life planning. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sustainability or related fields, with hardware experience and a track record
