About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated finance professional to join a growing advisory and consulting organization in a role offering exposure to a diverse client base, complex financial challenges, and strategic business initiatives. This individual will partner with clients and senior leadership to provide financial insights, evaluate business performance, and support key strategic and operational decisions. Responsibilities will include financial statement analysis, developing sophisticated financial models, business valuations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and scenario planning. The position will also involve identifying operational improvements, evaluating growth opportunities, conducting industry and competitive research, and managing special projects related to financial reporting, accounting, business transformation, and strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities include preparing executive-level presentations, financial reports, and recommendations while providing hands-on accounting and advisory support to clients as needed.
The ideal candidate will have: 2–5 years of experience in public accounting, audit, financial advisory, or consulting, with a strong preference for professionals from Big 4 or other leading accounting and advisory firms. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the relationship between financial and operational performance, along with advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience building complex financial models. Experience with transaction advisory, FP&A, business valuations, financial transformation, or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable. Exposure to private equity-backed businesses, SaaS organizations, nonprofit entities, or middle-market clients is a plus. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required, while CPA credentials, progress toward certification, an MBA, or CFA designation are advantageous. Success in this position requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
