M-Works Search is partnering with a well-established global manufacturer seeking two Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians for its permanent night shift. This is a true multi-craft maintenance role supporting production equipment—not a maintenance helper or facilities-only position. What you'll do: Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems Troubleshoot PLC controls and AC/DC drives Perform preventive maintenance and equipment improvements Read and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical drawings Support fabrication and welding activities as needed
What we're looking for: Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Hands-on industrial electrical troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with PLCs, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus Technical training or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience Fabrication and welding experience beneficial, but not required Dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment Important: Candidates must successfully complete and pass the Ramsay Multi Craft Aptitude Test as part of the application process.
