Litigation Paralegal/ Legal Secretary job at Gpac. Culver City, CA. A premier boutique litigation firm with an office in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles is looking for a friendly and collaborative paralegal/legal assistant for litigation and administrative support. Our legal assistants function as paralegals, legal secretaries, file clerks, and general assistants who help answer phones and maintain the office.
Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of paralegal experience. Paralegal Certification required. Able to operate in a fast-paced litigation environment and support 5-7 attorneys along with other support staff. Able to balance competing needs of several attorneys and cases. Friendly and cooperative attitude, flexible, team player. Organized, detail-oriented. Excellent communications skills. Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader is absolutely required. Knowledge of Concordance or other document review platforms is a plus.
