About the role
NeighborHealth is seeking an experienced Prevention Screening and Referral (PSR) Coordinator to lead integrated prevention, screening, and referral programs within Project SHINE at 79 Paris Street, Boston, MA. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and collaboration with PrEP navigators.
The Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with oversight of PSR activities, documentation, and cross‑department coordination to expand services and improve patient access to care.
