About the role
To support the enhancement of voluntary homeowners and condominium insurance products, the full-time Junior Product Analyst will analyze product performance, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Analyze product performance, profitability, customer needs, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
Turn complex data into clear reports, visualizations, and actionable insights for leaders and business partners
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, and product documentation
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in data analysis, product analysis, business analysis, or a related role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel and data visualization
Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
Experience conducting competitive research and supporting product decisions
Ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver product improvements
