About the role
Your new company Hays is partnered with well-known Commercial Real Estate company who is rapidly growing and looking to add a Facilities Manager to their team. Your new role As the Facilities Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing a portfolio of commercial buildings. You will be in charge of the overall maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the client's facilities. You will be coordinating with service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring work orders are being completed. What you'll need to succeed-5+ years of experience as an FM or similar role-Experience with multifamily assets-Knowledge with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, ETC.-Support facilities team (provide training/leadership skills)-Ability to manage budgets & negotiate with vendors.
