Job Description: Lead at a higher level. Set the standard. Build the next leaders. At South Town Painting, the Elite Production Foreman role is reserved for top-performing field leaders. This is not just the next title up. It is the highest foreman level in our company and is built for people who can perform independently, lead with ownership, and raise the standard for everyone around them. An Elite Production Foreman is expected to operate with minimal oversight, maintain high production and quality standards, develop crew members, and communicate clearly with the Superintendent. This role is for someone who can think ahead, solve problems, train people in the field, and carry real responsibility. This is a selective opportunity. We are not looking for someone who simply wants more pay or a better title. We are looking for someone who consistently performs at a high level, leads by example, and is ready to prove they can grow into Project Superintendent.
What We Offer: • $28.00-$32.00/hr base pay • Company vehicle • 3% Simple IRA match • $10,000 life insurance policy • Short-term disability • 13 days accrued vacation • 3 paid holidays • Profit bonus based on job performance: • 40%+ = 1.5% | 30-39% = 1.25% | 20-29% = 1% | 10-19% = 0.75% | Below 10% = No bonus • Training bonus: $250-$350/month • Clear path to Project Superintendent Career Path Elite Production Foreman -> Project Superintendent. This role is the final proving ground before Superintendent. It is where top foremen demonstrate they can lead independently, develop others, and think at the next level.
