About the role

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a team of Conflicts Analysts to assist the team at one of our most well-established and prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm clients! The firm is experiencing rapid growth as it onboards many new partners and practice teams, so this is a terrific opportunity to assist the team in identifying and researching potential lateral conflicts. The engagement will be FULLY REMOTE, and it is expected to last for 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend! Candidates must have previous relevant law firm conflicts experience and must be located in one of the following states: DC, DE, FL, GA. TX, IL, OH, CO, NY, PA or WAThe role is expected to be 40 hours per week, and it is OT eligible. The team is nationwide, covering 8:00 am- 8:00 pm ET, so the 40 hours can be in any US time zone! The firm will provide candidates with a laptop for the duration of the assignment.
DUTIES: Review and analyze conflict of interest reports Identify potential conflicts of interest Prepare clear and concise regarding specific conflict searches that highlight the areas of potential conflict. Conduct research in both internal and external databases to determine whether actual or potential conflicts exist. Work with attorneys to document conflict clearances Review submitted data for new client and client/matter acceptance. Research accuracy and quality of information as well as potential client relationships. Respond to inquiries from team members and stakeholders regarding conflict-of-interest checks, client/matter status and end-user system support.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college, JD highly preferred At least 2 years of relevant law firm experience in conflicts/new business intake. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong research skills Prior experience in utilizing automated conflicts systems like Intapp preferred.
