We’re looking for someone who: Brings confident, positive leadership with serious kitchen management chops — ideally with experience leading BOH teams of 25+ and managing $5M+ in annual revenue Thrives on mentoring and building strong, resilient kitchen culture Balances creativity and tradition, with a deep respect for local ingredients and foodways Wants to fully own their kitchen and grow with a dynamic, values-driven company Is ready to plant roots and make a multi-year commitment to both our team and our community
