About the role
OHSU seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide safe medication distribution and therapy management for inpatients and outpatients across age groups. The role includes participation in transitions of care, collaboration with providers and nurses, and education of students and residents.
Responsibilities include interpreting orders, monitoring responses, coordinating care from admission to discharge, and contributing to guideline development in a fast-paced academic health system.
