We are hiring Manufacturing Assembly Technicians to join our growing team in Shreveport, LA.No previous manufacturing experience is necessary. We will train the right candidates. This is a hands-on position assembling equipment and components used in the data center industry. We are looking for dependable people who enjoy working with their hands, can follow instructions, and are ready to learn.
What You'll Do:
Assemble data center equipment and components Use basic hand and power tools Follow written and verbal assembly instructions Work from diagrams, specifications, and work instructions Install and fasten parts and components Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Work as part of a manufacturing team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
No previous experience is required. We're looking for candidates who: Are dependable and show up ready to work Have a strong work ethic Are comfortable working with their hands Can follow instructions and pay attention to details Are willing to learn new skills Can work effectively as part of a team Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Can stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on assembly work throughout the shift Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, automotive work, mechanical work, warehousing, or using hand tools is helpful, but not required.
