Miller’s Textile Services in Wapakoneta, OH is seeking a dependable Utility (Production Lead) to support the soil department. This working lead role performs production tasks while guiding workflow to meet daily goals, quality standards, and safety requirements. 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 5:00 am–1:30 pm. You will monitor material flow, assist with team coordination, conduct quality checks, assign tasks, and communicate with supervisors to resolve issues.
