About the role
To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in high-volume inbound and outbound calls, offering payment solutions while documenting interactions accurately from a home office.
Key responsibilities
Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide suitable payment options
Manage a high volume of calls and document all interactions in the system
Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications
1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive conversations and build trust with patients
A reliable and detail-oriented work style
Must reside in specific states (FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA) with a suitable workspace
