Responsibilities Lead development of top-tier social strategies and content plans Advise clients and teams on social media strategies and issues before implementation Serve as the subject-matter expert on platform capabilities and formats Develop new approaches and services to expand social media and strategy offerings Guide teams through social listening and omnichannel engagement initiatives Counsel on best practices for social media execution across organic and paid formats Stay current with digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge
Key requirements 5+ years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceuticals Experience creating strategic social media plans across channels (Facebook, X, Linked In, You Tube, Pinterest) with organic and paid content Experience growing social media business with existing clients and in pitches Experience mentoring junior team members Deep knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations for social media in biotech/pharma Agency experience with integrated teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with social monitoring tools Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communicationscollaborationmentoring/junior staff developmentstrategic consultationsocial listening and analytics toolsplatform-specific best practices for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Linked In, Pinterest, Snapchat, You Tubeomnichannel strategy
