About the role

Schaeffler is seeking high-potential engineers for its Accelerated Leadership Program – a four-rotation, six-month track across the North American region. The first rotation starts in Wooster, Ohio, with a guaranteed permanent position in Wooster after graduation. Candidates will work with mentors, rotate through cross-functional teams, and develop leadership skills through a 70:20:10 training model while contributing to aerospace and advanced manufacturing projects.
