Responsible for planning and executing customs and immigration formalities for Guests and Crew, ensuring documentation is in order for immediate ship clearance on arrival. Role requires 21+ years, college degree in hotel/tourism, 2+ years on luxury cruise ships in clearance-related roles, strong English, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Vaccination with WHO-approved vaccines is required.
