About the role

Plato's Closet is seeking a District Manager to oversee three locations, including Flint, MI; Utica, MI; and San Antonio, TX. The role combines 1–2 days of remote work with 3–4 days visiting stores. You will lead the store teams, drive profitability, and ensure leadership accountability across the district. The ideal candidate will have retail district management experience, strong numbers acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-store operations while traveling to Texas as required.
