Counter Sales Associate Capitol District Supply, part of the N&S Supply family, is hiring a Counter Sales Associate in our Albany & Schenectady locations. Join our team and be part of a growing company that offers competitive pay, great benefits, and room for advancement.
Responsibilities include: Service customers at the counter and over the phone by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately. Recommend product solutions and upsells to customers. Provide product, pricing and availability information to customers. Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately. Assist with receiving deliveries, picking orders and stocking inventory.

  • Plumbing/HVAC experience preferred
  • Excellent customer skills and phone skills
  • Team player
  • Able to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Able to perform basic math
  • Understand inventory, warehouse, and stocking procedures
  • Knowledge of company products
  • Basic computer skills
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs over head
