We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial management and reimbursement operations for federal programs. This role will be responsible for reviewing and tracking invoices, maintaining financial data and records, supporting reconciliations and reporting, and ensuring reimbursement activities are processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate has experience supporting financial operations, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with federal clients. Support reimbursement operations through invoice review, data entry, records maintenance, transaction tracking, and reporting. Perform analytical and administrative duties to ensure reimbursement requests and related invoices are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable program guidance, financial management requirements, and office procedures. Track the status of invoices, obligations, payments, de-obligations, adjustments, and closeout actions using approved financial systems, databases, spreadsheets, or tracking tools. Input and maintain financial data in program databases and tracking systems to support accurate reporting, reconciliation, and audit readiness. Assists with reconciling program financial records against invoices, payment data, funding documents, accounting reports, and internal tracking logs. Coordinate with budget, finance, accounting, procurement, program analysts, and other stakeholders to support timely and accurate processing of reimbursement-related financial actions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience of supporting financial management operations, invoice review and analysis, and reimbursement processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data entry
