About the role
Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a field operations leader to build and govern a high-performing field organization delivering safe residential battery storage installations. You will coach, develop, and promote field managers and crew leaders, set performance standards, and reduce skill gaps across markets.
You will work closely with Installation Operations, Safety, Recruiting, and senior leadership to align readiness with demand and drive consistent field execution.
