About the role
Seeking a dynamic, metrics-driven Sales Talent Acquisition Partner, the full-time position will manage full-cycle recruitment for complex, revenue-generating roles, serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders in a hybrid office environment.
Key responsibilities
Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and early career positions while delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
Developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans
Building proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs through advanced sourcing techniques and market research
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in agency recruiting
Demonstrated success in recruiting for complex positions across multiple business functions, specifically sales
Advanced expertise in utilizing recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies
