New graduates can launch their driving careers with an experienced trainer before transitioning to solo runs. Average ~2,300 miles weekly, 100% no-touch freight, mix of drop-and-hook and live load, bi-weekly home time, orientation at the nearest terminal, and full benefits after 30 days.
