About the role

Crestline is seeking a Portfolio Administration Analyst who will primarily be responsible for supporting the organization’s investment portfolio transactions data integrity function. This role will help ensure accuracy and timeliness of data used by the organization to provide insights into internal decision-making, investor performance reporting and audit and compliance support. This position will report to the Director of Portfolio Administration. Primary Job Responsibilities Support the cash reconciliation process by communicating wire activity and researching cash breaks between recorded activity and bank statement cash movements Verify booked transactions and provide feedback regarding discrepancies Employ a variety of data quality checks to ensure completeness and consistency of data Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand transactions Assist in developing and amending standard operating procedure documentation Desired Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Demonstrated work experience in a professional environment Skilled with Microsoft applications, especially Excel Personal Qualifications Organized, high level of initiative, self-directed and independent worker with attention to detail and strong time management skills Desire and interest to pursue opportunities for professional growth Excellent interpersonal skills, frequent and clear communicator, should be responsive and results-oriented Ability to work in a team-oriented and small office environment Diplomatic, tactful and discrete concerning confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr
