About the role
To build a high-impact enterprise sales team, the full-time Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts will recruit, direct, and mentor a team of Account Executives to penetrate Fortune 1000 and Higher Education markets while leveraging modern sales technologies in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on aggressive net-new acquisition strategies
Lead field strategy to capture market share within Fortune 1000 and Higher Education accounts, ensuring team quota achievement
Conduct field coaching, pipeline reviews, and strategic forecasting to accelerate deal cycles and drive sales innovation
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with a focus on managing direct sales teams
Experience in navigating long-cycle, complex enterprise sales, preferably within Fortune 1000 or Higher Education sectors
Proficiency in modern sales tools, including Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and AI research tools
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including resilience, strategic agility, and a growth mindset
Preferred background in office technology or B2B tech, valuing enterprise leadership and strategic execution over industry-specific experience
