- Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical problems and identify needed repairs
- Inspect and prepare vehicles to meet Missouri state inspection requirements
- Complete repairs safely, correctly, and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and professional work area
- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers
- Work independently without requiring constant supervision
- Assist the team as needed to keep work moving efficientlyQUALIFICATIONS
- At least two years of professional automotive repair shop experience
- Strong general automotive repair and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with state inspection requirements
- Self-organized and able to manage time and priorities
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to take initiative and recognize what needs to be done
- Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
