About the Role: As a Pure Barre Instructor, you'll lead inspiring 50-minute classes for up to 22 clients while creating an encouraging, welcoming environment that keeps members coming back. At the moment, we are specifically looking for candidates with weekday 4pm and later availability, plus weekends.
What You'll Do: Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week - must having weekday evening and weekend availability Deliver safe, energetic, and motivating classes that follow Pure Barre methodology Learn and perform quarterly choreography updates Prepare thoroughly for each class through practice and class planning Build meaningful relationships with members and create an exceptional client experience Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio Demonstrate exercises, lift light hand weights, perform full-body push-ups, and maintain high energy throughout each 50-minute class
What We're Looking For: Positive, confident, and outgoing personality Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and a strong team player Ability to confidently lead and motivate a room of up to 22 participants Strong musicality and ability to teach to the beat of the music Active lifestyle and commitment to wellness Background in dance, fitness, Pilates, cheerleading, barre, or group exercise is preferred but not required Current or former Pure Barre instructors and members are strongly encouraged to apply. Training No Pure Barre certification? We'll provide the training. Selected candidates will complete: Pure Barre's comprehensive virtual corporate training program Guided at-home study and preparation prior to certification Ongoing coaching and support from our leadership team A minimum 18-month teaching commitment is required before attending training.
