We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II for the Field Supervision Department in Compliance. This role will perform various administrative duties, including answering multiple phone lines, managing calendars, preparing daily work and filing and distributing mail.The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who demonstrates customer service skills, typing skills, filing experience, spreadsheet experience, and effective math skills. Excellent computer and excel skills are required.What You'll Do:Utilizes knowledge of the firm's organizational structure, Forums, Division functions, and current initiatives to make appropriate connection points and update the head(s) as appropriatePrepares and delivers responses (written and verbal) on behalf of manager(s) requiring advanced knowledge of relevant subject matterPrepares the manager for meetingsObtains and organizes information for use in conferences, speeches, reports and/or meetingsPrepares meeting materials and assists with the development of presentationsDevelops, edits, proofs, and/or formats documents for presentationOther duties as assignedWhat Experience You'll Need:High School Diploma or equivalent58 years related experienceAble organizational skills with ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasksSelf-motivated and ability to work autonomouslyMust have good verbal and written communication skills and a customer service orientation to handle internal and external contactsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe ProfessionalCompletes work with a limited degree of supervisionLikely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experienceModerate problem-solving skills; problems may be non-routineProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
