TSR Consulting is Hiring – Executive Administrative Assistant! TSR Consulting is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership with executive-level administrative and operational responsibilities.
📍 Location: New York, NY | Newark, NJ | Houston, TX⏳ Duration: 12 months + possible conversion💰 Pay: $35–$38/hr W2
Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars for two senior leaders• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements• Prepare and track expense reports• Coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, and meeting materials• Assist with research, briefing materials, presentations, and meeting notes• Track action items and executive priorities• Maintain administrative trackers and organize materials• Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally• Support additional administrative and operational activities as needed
Required Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience• Strong experience with calendar management, travel coordination, presentations, and expense management• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to manage competing priorities independently• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Experience with expense billing, data collection, and presentation preparation
