About the role
- Warehouse Operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and shop areas
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials to ensure proper storage and functionality
- Track inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies as needed
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space to support workflow and productivity
- Maintain records related to inventory, equipment, and safety compliance
- Coatings and Field WorkAssist with installation of waterproofing systems including coatings, membranes, and sealants
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, priming, and repair to ensure proper application
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of existing systems
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Support project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Follow all safety protocols when working with materials, equipment, and jobsite conditions
- General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Support a safe and organized work environment in both warehouse and field settings
- Experience in warehouse operations, construction, coatings, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of tools, materials, and equipment used in construction or coatings work
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain organized workspaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and reporting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience in waterproofing, coatings, or specialty construction work
- Certification in coatings or waterproofing systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety practices
- Experience working in both warehouse and field environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to work in both indoor warehouse environments and outdoor job sites
