About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to join their global finance leadership team. This executive will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in all areas of accounting, external reporting, internal controls, financial governance, and finance transformation. The role involves leading a large accounting and controllership organization, ensuring the integrity of financial information, modernizing processes, and driving change within a complex, multi-site manufacturing and distribution environment. Key responsibilities include leading global accounting and controllership activities, maintaining a world-class internal control environment, overseeing audit and compliance, and leading finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, with a strong background in U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and technical accounting. Experience in public company, private equity, or large privately held company settings, as well as a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, is essential. The role also requires a CPA and a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or master's degree. Strong leadership competencies in strategic leadership, talent development, change leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement are necessary for this position.
