Senior Director of Risk Stratification

Leading strategy and execution for partnership and go-to-market efforts, the full-time Senior Director of Risk Stratification will manage initiatives related to risk adjustment and stratification while building strategic relationships with payer partners and large practices in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts Develop partnerships with strategic practice partner leadership, payer partners, and vendors to ensure complete and accurate diagnosis documentation Provide direction and strategic expertise to junior team members on risk stratification initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to advance collaborative efforts Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field 10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master's Degree, strongly preferred 4+ years of experience in value-based care 4+ years of experience with risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay, or health tech operations 2+ years of experience partnering with provider stakeholders to design, launch, and evaluate initiatives
