About the role

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the QC/QA department at our Burlington, NJ PVC compounding facility. You will oversee the quality system, audits, and customer interactions, ensuring certification integrity and product quality 24/7. You will manage three supervisors and four technicians, drive CAPA, and partner with R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
