Job Description: Job Description
Commercial Construction Estimator: Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to support estimating and preconstruction efforts. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction experience, with concrete, sitework, or other self-perform trade experience a plus. Strong overall construction estimating experience is welcome.
What You'll Do: Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and project bids. Review plans, specifications, and project scope to develop accurate pricing. Support conceptual estimating, preconstruction, and constructability reviews. Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Work with the Real Estate Development division and other internal teams. Participate in client meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and design partners. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Design-build or preconstruction experience preferred. CAD experience is a plus. Technical degree preferred. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
