About the role
Managing a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, the remote RCIC Immigration Case Manager will prepare and submit applications for work permits and permanent residence while advising corporate clients on immigration strategy and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Canadian corporate immigration matters for a diverse client portfolio
Prepare and submit compliant applications for work permits and permanent residence
Advise clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience
Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs
Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases
