About the role
Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to coordinate daily production in our Harvest Manufacturing Facility. You will allocate daily work for teams, maintain safety, and drive a productive, compliant work environment across shifts.
The role requires 4–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, with strong leadership, communication, and HACCP/OSHA knowledge. Collaboration across functions is essential to sustain high performance and safety.
