Service Contract Specialist IThe Service Contract Specialist I is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate service contract documents in the branch's service management system, ensuring timely delivery of renewals to clients. This role supports branch revenue and customer retention by managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, including contract setup, pricing validation, and customer communication. Positioned as an advanced administrative function, the Service Contract Specialist provides specialized support for contract operations and reports directly to the Service Admin Manager.This is an in-office position in Ballston Spa, NY.The expected pay range for this position is $21.02-$26.28 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire.
