About the role

We're looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join our weld shop team. We manufacture heavy-duty agricultural products including gates, continuous fence panels, freestanding livestock panels, feeders, and other livestock equipment. We're looking for someone who can build quality products efficiently and consistently and takes pride in their work.
What You'll Do: MIG weld steel livestock products Fit and fabricate parts using shop drawings and measurements Cut, notch, drill, and prepare steel Build gates, panels, feeders, and other agricultural products Use saws, grinders, welders, and other fabrication equipment Inspect your own work for quality and accuracy Keep your work area clean and organized Help the shop hit daily production goals What We're Looking For Welding/fabrication experience preferred Able to read a tape measure accurately Comfortable working from prints, measurements, and jigs Able to produce clean, strong, consistent welds Dependable and shows up ready to work Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Mechanically minded and good at solving problems Takes care of tools and equipment Works well as part of a team Competitive pay based on experience and ability.
