As an Account Manager, you will be managing client relationships,tailoring solutions, and handling contracts as well as managing projectmanagement and internal research liaison. This position is ideal for aproactive, self-motivated professional who excels at cross-culturalcommunication and is eager to manage client relationships both domestically andinternationally.EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include but not are limited toHandle prospective client inquiriesefficiently via telephone, email, and in-person consultations.Conduct on-site visits to prospectiveclients to present consulting services and tailor solutions to theirspecific needs.Maintain regular follow-up communicationand benchmarking visits with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.Generate professional proposals, detailedprice quotes, and review contractual agreements.Act as a vital liaison between corporateclients and internal research teams to ensure successful project executionand completion.Proactively contact accounts and uncovernew business opportunities to consistently meet and exceed monthly salestargets.Maintain close, seamless communicationwith the company President and the senior sales management team based inJapan.Undertake necessary domestic andinternational travel to support business development initiatives.Execute any other related duties andadministrative tasks as assigned by management.QualificationsBilingual fluency in English and Japanese(proficient in reading, writing, and speaking at a professional businesslevel).Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, International Business,Asian Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for tracking project data and generating clientpresentations.Driven to proactively manage clientinquiries and needs assessment, maintain responsive communication, andcollaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.Interest or prior business experience in themedical device, pharmaceutical, or food industries.More than 2 years of professional sales orbusiness development experience highly preferred. Ability and willingness to travel bothdomestically and internationally as required by the business.Strong mathematical aptitude and comfortworking closely with numbers, forecasting, and budgets.The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
