About the role
22nd Century Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – FEMA/DHS to manage program delivery, client coordination, staffing support, and day-to-day contract execution. The ideal candidate will have strong federal delivery experience, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure successful contract performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery operations for FEMA/DHS programs. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, recruiters, and leadership. Manage staffing needs, onboarding, reporting, performance updates, and escalations. Ensure contract timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met. Support program growth through strong client relationships and operational execution.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or federal government contracts. Strong understanding of federal program delivery and client management. Preferred DHSexperience. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
