About the role

Location: Boston / San Diego / Remote-friendly
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. biotech and pharmaceutical companies, identify and drive out-licensing and strategic partnering opportunities for the company’s pipeline, and promote our antibody discovery and R&D CRO services. Identify potential clients, develop business opportunities, lead commercial discussions, and drive deals from initial contact to contract closure. Coordinate with R&D, project management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery. Attend industry conferences and business development events to expand the company’s visibility and network in North America. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, licensing, and co-development. Support the development and growth of the U.S. BD business.
Qualifications: PhD: PhD in Biopharma, Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Recent PhD graduates are welcome to apply. Master’s: Master’s degree or above with 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, licensing, CRO services, or related fields. Background in antibody discovery, antibody CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies is strongly preferred. Familiarity with the U.S. biopharma industry; an established client or industry network is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, business development, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Fluent in English and proficient in Chinese. Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
