HIRING: Project Manager – Risk Technology | Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR)
Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid – fulltime Experience: 15+ Years and above Domain: Financial Services / Risk Technology We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Risk Technology to lead end-to-end technology projects supporting Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead CCR technology projects covering Exposure, PFE/EPE, CVA, Limits, Netting & Collateral Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks & issues Coordinate across Risk, Quant, Engineering, Compliance, Operations & Front Office Drive requirements, testing, UAT, implementation & releases Manage Jira project plans and delivery tracking Lead governance meetings, status reporting & stakeholder communications Support regulatory initiatives including Basel III/IV, SA-CCR, SIMM & EMIRCoordinate Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
Required Skills: 12+ years of Project Management experience Strong experience in Financial Services / Risk Technology Hands-on experience with Counterparty Credit Risk or related risk platforms Strong project governance, delivery, risk/issue & dependency management Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum & hybrid methodologies Understanding of derivatives and trading lifecycle Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Working knowledge of SQL & technology delivery processes
Preferred: Basel III/IV, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, ISDA SIMMMurex, Calypso, Numerix or Adaptiv Regulatory change / technology transformation programsPMP / PRINCE2CFA / FRM / MBA
