Job Title: Accounting Analyst Requirements 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll systems analysis Experience with Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) systems Experience with payroll testing including unit, integration, regression, and parallel testing Ability to design, stage, and execute test scenarios for system implementations Experience with analyzing test results and identifying discrepancies or variance Proficiency in documenting test cases, results, and issue tracking Experience working on large-scale system implementation or transformation project Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, payroll, and IT Preferred Requirements Experience supporting enterprise system implementations in healthcare or large organizations Experience with OneLink or similar enterprise integration projects Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems Knowledge of payroll operations and compliance requirements Ability to interpret system data flows and integrations between platforms Summary / Duties This role supports a large-scale system implementation project focused on payroll and workforce management systems, specifically Workday and UKG Pro WFM. The Accounting Analyst III is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios across multiple testing phases including unit, integration, regression, system, and parallel testing. The position involves analyzing test results, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring issues are fully researched and resolved. The analyst will document test cases, track outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy and readiness.
