About the role
Leading the design and implementation of talent development initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Development Program Manager will oversee performance management processes, leadership development programs, and coaching engagements while collaborating with business leaders to enhance organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
Owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs and processes
Leads the annual performance management process, including design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement
Oversees strategy and execution of enterprise leadership development programs and coaching engagements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational savvy and strategic mindset
Ability to cultivate innovation and build networks
Demonstrated self-awareness and effectiveness in collaboration
