About the role

Peninsula Surgery Center, LLC seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead perioperative services in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center with a strong orthopedic focus. The DON will oversee OR leadership, staffing, training, and collaboration with surgeons to optimize workflow and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include managing Pre‑op to PACU operations, infection prevention, regulatory readiness, budgeting, and quality initiatives.
