Location: 100% remote
Duration: Full timeJD:We are seeking a BA/QA for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance functions while serving as a delegate to the Project Manager for BA/QA oversight and execution management. This role will take ownership of day-to-day coordination, quality control, risk monitoring and delivery within a federal project environment. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on functional who can ensure structured execution, improve team performance, and proactively identify and escalate delivery risks to the Project Manager (PM) while maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of BA and/or QA experience on IT projects. Federal project experience good to have. Prior experience in working with Agile BA and/or QA teams. Strong expertise in requirements analysis, validation, and traceability. Hands-on QA experience including test planning and defect management. Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile and/or hybrid SDLC environments.
