About the role
Batchman We are looking for a Batchman to join our Odessa, TX plant. As a Batchman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production of wet and dry batch products. Why apply? Competitive wages. Responsibilities:
Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products. Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials. Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance. We Require: A high school diploma or GED.A minimum of 1year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience. Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
