Job Type: Full-time, Home BaseJob Descriptions:
Strategic customer breakthrough: open up the complete pathway from establishing contact with key decision-makers to achieving the First PO, and realize "from 0 to 1" breakthroughs with leading customers. Strategic product market development: drive products into target customers' supply chain systems, and complete the entire process from market education and sample validation to closing deals with new products and new customers. Industry relationship network building: rapidly establish and continuously expand direct connections with procurement, R&D, supply chain, and management teams of large customers. Strategic cooperation project advancement: promote Arshine's upgrade from a raw material supplier to a strategic supply chain partner for customers. Cross-departmental organizational task force: for key strategic customers, organize internal company resources to jointly develop and execute customer breakthrough plans.
Job Requirements: Relevant experience in the Nutritional Supplements Ingredients or Nutraceutical Raw Materials industry (MUST).Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years' experience in business development or key account sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with key persons(decision-makers).A self-motivated, reliable individual with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.50% travel is needed. Responsible and committed to long-term growth with the company
