Affidavit SpecialistPay Rate: $19.00/hr Schedule: M-F 7:00AM3:30PM. Hours may vary based on business needs Location: Tempe, AZAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Affidavit Specialist to process customer and citizen inquiries and requests while providing accurate, timely, and professional service.What You'll DoProcess customer and citizen inquiries received by email, mail, fax, and other sources.Review and process documents related to notices, liability, hearings, payments, and correspondence.Provide required documents and information to customers.Open, sort, and scan incoming mail.Process a high volume of requests while meeting accuracy and service-level expectations.Follow customer-specific business rules and company standards.Provide excellent customer service and support internal teams.What You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1+ year of data entry experience required.Data entry speed of 40 WPM.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues.Ability to work effectively with different teams and departments.Strong English communication skills.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.Additional RequirementsMust be able to work reliably in an office and/or home environment.Drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting required.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to review data and images on a computer monitor for extended periods, typically during an 8-hour shift.If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with high volumes of information, and have strong customer service and data entry skills, we encourage you to apply.Benefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
